BioGiene regards the use of appropriately trained staff to be essential in maintaining the quality of its service.
The criteria for selection include experience in the cleaning industry, language skills, motivation, and a demonstrated pride in themselves and their appearance. In addition they are assessed for their knowledge and experience with machinery and for their interest in pursuing a career in the industry.
Once selected, the new employees are thoroughly briefed on duties and procedures as follows:
- Induction into Customer’s policies and procedures
- Cleaning and sanitation skills to be acquired
- Demonstration of machinery and use of safety equipment
- Chemicals and their use
- Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
- Quality awareness Training
